1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of, and use of the website www.nudoimperial.com, as well as the purchase of products offered by Nudo Imperial.
By accessing and using this site, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website.
2. Products
Nudo Imperial offers men’s fashion accessories (ties, pocket squares, suspenders, and other accessories). The key features and prices of each product are listed on its respective product page.
Some product images may be renderings generated using artificial intelligence or digital simulations. In these cases, the fabric pattern, texture, and colors shown are for illustrative purposes only: the actual product may differ slightly from the image. Nudo Imperial strives for the greatest possible accuracy between the image and the product, but these variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for a warranty claim.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) or dollars ($) and include the applicable VAT.
Nudo Imperial reserves the right to change prices and promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. Purchase Process
The user will select the desired products and complete the payment process using the available methods (credit card or others).
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the order summary and order number.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 4 to 7 business days.
Nudo Imperial is not responsible for delays beyond its control (shipping, customs, or logistical issues).
Shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
6. Warranties
All products are covered by a two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
Nudo Imperial is not liable for damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear of the product.
7. Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments through secure payment gateways (PayPlug, PayPal, or other equivalent services).
Nudo Imperial never has direct access to the customer’s credit card information.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
The data controller is Nudo Imperial.
The purpose is to manage orders and commercial communications.
