1. Delivery times
- Ties, bow ties, pocket squares, cufflinks, braces and socks: 6 to 9 business days from purchase (about 2 days to prepare and 4 to 7 in transit).
- Shoes and belts, which ship from Spain: 3 to 5 business days.
- If your order includes products from both groups, it may arrive in two parcels.
2. Shipping costs
- Shipping is free to Spain, the rest of Europe, the United States and Canada.
3. Order tracking
- As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number so you always know where it is.
4. Exceptional circumstances
- At busy times such as Black Friday or Christmas, or during strikes or bad weather, delivery can take longer. If that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.
