Return Policy

Return conditions vary depending on the country your order ships to.

Customers in the European Union (including Spain)

Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), consumers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to withdraw from the purchase, with no requirement to state a reason. Withdrawal is subject to the product condition and return cost terms set out below.

🇺🇸 Customers in the United States and other markets outside the EU

Outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We only accept returns or refunds in these cases:

- The item arrives defective or broken
- You receive a different item than what you ordered (wrong model or color)
- Your order hasn't arrived after 30 days from the shipping confirmation

If you simply don't like the product, we're unable to offer a return or refund in these markets.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@nudoimperial.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Product Condition (applies to EU withdrawal returns)

- The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- We can't accept returns of used, washed, or altered products.

Return Shipping Costs (EU withdrawal)

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent with a tracking number. We don't accept postage-due shipments. Nudo Imperial doesn't provide a prepaid label.

Refund

Once we've verified the item, we'll refund the product amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days via the original payment method (applies to EU withdrawal). Original shipping costs aren't refundable unless the error was ours.

Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Items (applies to all markets)

If any of the following situations occur, the return is completely free for you: Nudo Imperial will cover both the return and re-shipping costs.

- You receive a defective or broken product
- You receive a different item than what you ordered (wrong model or color)
- Your order is lost and hasn't arrived after 30 days from the shipping confirmation

In these cases, contact us at info@nudoimperial.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or from day 30 in case of loss), attaching your order number and photos of the issue. We'll reply within 2-3 business days with the solution.
